It depends on your layout and space selection. The Avery Brasserie can host up to 90 guests for an elevated seated dinner. Tiner’s Alley Tavern accommodates 60 guests seated or up to 80 guests for a mingling event. Our team will recommend the best configuration for your guest count.

Our team will provide a custom estimate based on your event vision. Pricing varies by event, but here are starting estimates.

  • Tiner’s Alley: Starting from $7K
  • Avery Brasserie: Starting from $10K
  • Both restaurants & hotel (full property buyout): Starting at $19K (includes 39 guest rooms)

Each rental includes staffing, setup, cleanup, use of historic furnishings, linens, glassware, and A/V access.

Yes. Audio and visual capabilities are built in, and décor can be customized to your style.

Yes, we welcome your preferred vendors with approval and can also provide a trusted local vendor list. Setup typically begins three hours prior to guest arrival, with teardown immediately following the event.

Yes. All food and beverage are provided in-house by our award-winning culinary team led by Chef/Owner Cal Elliott. Chef Cal specializes in seasonal, custom menus tailored to your tastes and style. Menus and minimums vary by season and event size.

No. The Avery is fully licensed for alcohol service and provides all beverages through our bar program.

Yes. Room blocks are available at discounted rates for your guests.

All events must conclude by 11:00 PM in accordance with city regulations. Exception: full property buyouts may extend later.

For holiday season events, we recommend booking six months in advance to secure your preferred date.

A signed contract and 50% deposit secure your date. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event, or at the conclusion of your event depending on contract terms. Cancellation terms vary by event and are detailed in customized contracts.

Christmas Eve:

Dinner in Avery 4-9pm, call for reservations. Tiner’s Alley open 3pm-12am.

Christmas Day:

Avery & TIner’s Alley Closed.

New Years Eve:

Avery & Tiner’s Alley open 4pm-1am special prix fixe menu, $115/person.

New Years Day:

Restaurants Closed, breakfast option will be available for hotel guests.
