Anywhere you like! We offer fully customizable floor plans to create the perfect setting for your ceremony and reception.

It depends on your layout and space selection. The Avery Brasserie can host up to 90 guests for an elevated seated dinner. Tiner’s Alley Tavern accommodates 60 guests seated or up to 80 guests for a mingling reception. Our team will recommend the best configuration for your guest count.

Absolutely. From custom cocktails to printed menus, our team brings your vision to life.

Each rental includes staffing, setup, cleanup, use of historic furnishings, linens, glassware, and A/V access.

Yes. Audio and visual capabilities are built in, and décor can be customized to your style.

No. We provide an Event Property Manager for staff and food & beverage. Couples must hire a separate coordinator for timeline and day-of management.

Yes. We welcome outside florists, photographers, and planners with approval, and can share our trusted vendor list. Setup typically begins three hours prior to guest arrival, with teardown immediately following the event.

Yes. All catering is provided in-house by our award-winning culinary team led by Chef/Owner Cal Elliott. Chef Cal specializes in seasonal, custom menus tailored to your tastes and style. Menus and minimums vary by season and event size.

No. The Avery is fully licensed for alcohol service and provides all beverages through our bar program.

Absolutely. The Avery Hotel features 39 beautifully appointed guest rooms with group rates available. We offer exclusive room block rates for your wedding weekend. Instead of traditional room blocks, we offer a personal booking code for your guests. We start at a 15% discount on standard rates. Full property buyouts are available for a private, all-weekend celebration.

Yes! Many couples host a welcome reception, rehearsal dinner, or farewell brunch on-site.

All events must conclude by 11:00 pm in accordance with city regulations. Exception: full property buyouts may extend later.

Our team will provide a custom estimate based on your event vision. Pricing varies by event, but here are starting estimates.

  • Tiner’s Alley: Starting from $7K
  • Avery Brasserie: Starting from $10K
  • Both restaurants & Hotel (full property buyout): Starting at $19K (includes 39 guest rooms)

We recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance for popular dates, but feel free to reach out any time to start planning.

A signed contract and 50% deposit secure your date. The final balance is due 30 days prior to the event, or at the conclusion of your event depending on contract terms. Cancellation terms vary by event and are detailed in customized contracts.

New Years Day:

Restaurants Closed, breakfast option will be available for hotel guests.
